Potential symptoms?

Hi all. I have a new sexual partner I’ve been with since beginning of February. We have had unprotected sex every other day since then and since weve been having sex so much I’ve been shaving every other day which has been causing me a lot of irritation.. I saw a few bumps pop up and thought no biggie they must just be ingrown hairs. I picked at them raw to find the hairs and pull them out. The bottom two you’ll see in the photo I found hairs in but the top one I didn’t find any - it’s possible that maybe there’s a hair deep in there or the follicule is just infected but I wanted to get some insight because I’m leaving for vacation in a few days and can’t go to the doctor.!

Besides these bumps that are on the area where my thigh and vagina meets that folds I have no physical symptoms, no liquid coming out of the bumps, no discharge, fever, or anything out of the ordinary. The past few days I’ve noticed them I notice they look more normal in the morning but they look redder and swollen throughout the day from me walking and picking at them (I know I should be doing that lol) I’m not sure if I should say something to my partner - we’re about to go on vacation a with a big group of friends and I don’t want to freak him out for nothing but this is making me really nervous.Any insight would be appreciated 🙏🏼
