Pots syndrome help please

Hopefully there are a few people that can help put my mind a ease.

I’m finally being tested for POTS but after all my tests it’s going to take another 3 months for the results and an appointment with my consultant.

I’ve gone through the ‘there seems to be nothing wrong with you’ . ‘ you could have MS’ ‘your just tired from you prolapsed disc’s’ . I’m fed up of my tests coming back clear. It’s been a year now. I do have a lot of pots type symptoms.

I’ve recently being doing my own poor mans tilt test while having all my tests at the hospitals.

Today’s BP

Laid- 116/77 pulse-88,

119/73 pulse- 90

Stood- 109/86 ,122/86, 116/89, 115/90

with a pulse ranging from 137-148

I’m worried now that my tilt table results are not going to reflect this as I both ate and drank and took pain killers beforehand .and I’ve now read that people should have fasted. I’m worried that it’s going to come back ok and that they are going to tell me ‘ it’s all in my head’

Any advise or reassurance welcome. Thanks

Go to a certified nutritiontionalist doctor!! There isn't much a regular md will do for you. At least around here they won't. Nobody knows much about it but they won't tell you that. We had a consultation with Dr Noah Erickson. Innovativefamilywellness. Was able to help us more than any regular md and specialist could!!
