you are fine. I get that pounding heart palpitations feeling quite often. Yes I’ve had it in my neck, stomach and throat. You are simply feeling The pulsating of your heartbeat. What I do is just basically ignore it and do other things and even if I happen to feel it that’s OK it’s no big deal. I simply relax about it and do some controlled slow breathing exercises I learned on YouTube.

If you get anxious about it you’re going to make it to speed up and Pulsate even more.

when you feel it in your stomach, you are simply feeling the large artery, the aorta, pulsating. That’s a good thing! In the neck you are feeling your carotid artery pulsating, another good thing! The same thing with your throat, the carotid arteries.

your tests were normal! Now it’s time to get on with your life and learn how to manage your anxiety so that you can have some joy. If you need help with that I would suggest getting some counseling.

KEEP very busy doing other things and you won’t notice it nearly as much.

people with anxiety very often feel their heart pulsating and beating quite a bit during the day. That doesn’t mean that there’s anything wrong in fact, ......

BE glad you are feeling your heartbeat all day! Otherwise it would be a problem .❤
