PR making me hate wearing short sleeves

I honestly didn't know I had PR until I found this group and asked my doctor about it. Back in December I had this (what I thought was a burn i had scarred over or rubbed) but turns out it was a herald patch on my arm, that went away fully around New Years. But now it has spread all over my arms and hips. I just started using Head and Shoulders because I read it helps but I'm in theatre and I have to change in front of everyone and I just want this to go away before my show in 2 weeks.imageimage
