Oh Becky I'm sorry you are facing these symptoms again. I'm laying in bed right now going between praying and crying because of my nausea, stomach upset and every other horrible symptom pretty much, I can completely relate.

Dear precious Heavenly Father I lift up Becky and myself to you this morning. As we struggle through these symptoms today please let us feel your presence to know you are there right along side us holding our hands, Please help us to gain your strength in our time of weakness. Please Father give us hope when we feel we have none. Please restore our body and bring our hormones back to s balanced state. Help us to endure with your strength, please Lord deliver us, Help us to hold on to your promises. We trust you and love you Lord in Jesus mighty name ??????

Oh Debbie please don't let these sensations scare you and wear you down. I used to sit despairing and crying in bed looking for something or someone to save me

It won't help you laying in bed, please try and find the strength to get up, get dressed, watch tv or if you can go out into the fresh air

I make myself go out even if I feel off balance, nauseous, migraine ect, what's the worst that can happen

I know what fear and anxiety can do to you

I hope we hear from you later saying you feel a bit better

I have just started a book and probably can't say the title but if you search cognitive behaviour therapy for menopause on the net it will come up. It is very helpful. I will give anyone the info if you private message me. Anything is worth a try. Also have you tried ginger for the nude a?

I suffer nausea a lot in peri and it does help. X

I hope it helps others Michelle, I know how it feels to be despairing but we need to take charge and find away out of the dark abyss that is menopause

I totally agree with everything you say. We have to fight with all we have not to despair.

The book is great in as much as it helps you change your thinking about the symptoms we are suffering. We can't stop them right now because it's a natural transition and the symptoms will go when we are fully through it but we can change our behaviour and actions. Like the bible tells us to think on good things. As a man thinks is he. Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying it's easy. It is not. I've been suffering nine years. But we have to cling to the word if God that says he will not give us more than we can bare.

Tough faith for tough times comes to mind.

Praying for you all at this time. But imagine a few years down the line for all of us when we will all be in here saying "we did it we made it through "

I need everyones prayers tonight .

As you may know I have been on HRT for 4 months now. The hot sweats have gone and the depression has eased a bit. However I am suffering with a racing heart and palpitations,now I am on beta blockers for that. My whole body vibrates,tingles and burns especially when sitting. My breathing is all wrong. I find myself breathing in quick and sharp which makes my head and body horrible. This must have become a habit over time. I'm on edge and can't relax. My doctor doesn't listen and tells you to learn to calm down. I am having cbt therapy and I understand and agree with everything she says. My mind is just doing it's own thing and I try everyday for hours trying to think diffdrently. I was never like this until this year. I really want to see a gynaecologist to see if my Hrt is at a correct dose. I feel frightened inside. I really want to do and go places but the anxious frightened feelings start. Roll on the better years. Sending my love to everyone xx

By the way I would appreciate any relaxing things that have helped anyone really well. I do try the deep breathing and am persevering with it. At the moment I find myself not being able to inhale and exhale fully probably because I've been breathing fast and shallow for so long xx

Look up the full 'Yogic Breathing'. It is not only very calming, you are also filling your lungs with air - right in to the 'corners'

Some Christians don't like yoga because of the meditative side of it. My view is you can always meditate on the love of God.

In need of prayers desperately, I have been very dizzy and nauseous for about 6 days. Today was vomiting and can't keep food down. Plus lump on my thyroid seems to be getting bigger and hard for me to swallow. I'm at the ER right now sitting in wheelchair crying my eyes out terrified. There has to be something else terribly wrong with me.

Thank you so much for your prayers Becky. God is so faithful and good. I have a large nodule on one side of my thyroid. The doctors think that could be causing all of my crazy symptoms the weight-loss the vomiting and nausea the dizziness they said that when your thyroid has a nodule possibly like mine it can cause possible hyperthyroid symptoms and it can just cause havoc with your whole central nervous system. I go to endocrinologist in the morning and I have an ultrasound scheduled for my thyroid . They gave me a beta blocker to stop some of the crazy symptoms until they can figure out what's going on with my thyroid. Praying that this is the answer and that once they fix my thyroid the hyperthyroid symptoms will stop and I'll feel a lot better. Thank you for your prayers and encouragement ??

Thank you Michelle for your prayers and your support it really really helps. this site and all of you ladies and all of your prayers have been amazing. it's the first place I thought to post when I was at the hospital last night that I needed prayer so thank you so much for starting this. Doctors think I have a very large nodule on my thyroid that is causing extreme hyperthyroid symptoms like dizziness nausea and vomiting and weight loss. Have appointment at endocrinologist tomorrow for a check up and ultrasound. praying that once they fix this problem with my thyroid nodule my body will be back to its original state of balance?????????????? love and hugs to you???? Thank you so much for the prayers! UPDATE: My GYN said that my cercix is so closed that he would have to bust through the cercix and said that pain would be too unbearable, so he scheduled out patient sugrey for 6:00 AM Aug 11th. and I get blood work done Aug 9th. He also said that there have been 4 cases in all his cases that he has not been able to get to uterus even in surgery because of the scar tissue and he's had to refer them to someone else some place else. He ask me did the bleeding stop and I said yes even though I'm having tons of hormonal symptoms plus stingy pains in private area. He said in surgery he can find the opening to the cercix and tunnel through that way. Keep me on you alls prayer list! Another 1 1/2 week of worry plus worrying about report afterwards! Pray during sugrey next week that he is able to get the biospy he said if there is any pylops he would pop them off.

I'll have to look them up I'm pretty sure I have heard of them, went to church tonight and heard some aswesome testamonies ! The one minister and his wife sung "What a Healing Jesus"  and "God will do it again"! If you havent seen "WarRoom" you should I have watched it over and over!
