Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.

When I said my foot slippeth; thy mercy O LORD held me up.

    Hello ladies

Hope you are all doing ok.

I need prayer. I've been having awful nausea for over a week. It's really getting me down. I'm still waiting for results of a biopsy taken over three weeks ago on a nodule on my thyroid gland as well. I'm trying not to freak out over this nausea but I keep thinking something is wrong. I'm just so tired of it all X,

Hi Michelle, try and not worry over your results today. You will have them soon. Already said a prayer for you smile Talk to you soon!

It's easier said than done I know but try not to worry. We are all here for support. Sending hugs to you xx

Michelle nausea is a very common symptom of menopause I get it and it can be really severe. It can also be made worse by anxiety so the more you stress the worse the nausea will become. It is easier said than done but try and just go with it, just let it be there, take some gaviscone or eat a dry biscuit that's what I do

I was wondering how they found a nodule on your thyroid, what were your symptoms?

Try and stay calm it will wear of eventually

Sending you a big strong hug xx

FATHER GOD, I ask in the name of JESUS, please send peace and comfort to my sister Michelle. Send her assurance that all is well and You are in control. LORD, I ask that You would strengthen her through this valley she is going through and reassure her it is only temporary and she will be back on the mountain soon. JESUS, I love You and I ask these things in Your Holy Name. Amen

      NEW FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND

      <ATT00007.gif>

This new version of the 'footprints' story really caught me off guard at the end...What a blessing.

      JUST READ IT!

      FOOTPRINTS... A New Version

Imagine you and the Lord Jesus are walking down the road together. For much of the way, the Lord's footprints go along steadily, consistently, rarely varying the pace.

But your footprints are a disorganized stream of zigzags, starts, stops, turnarounds, circles, departures, and returns.

For much of the way, it seems to go like this, but gradually your footprints come more in line with the Lord's, soon paralleling His consistently.

You and Jesus are walking as true friends!

This seems perfect, but then an interesting thing happens: Your footprints that once etched the sand next to Jesus' are now walking precisely in His steps.

Inside His larger footprints are your smaller ones, you and Jesus are becoming one.

This goes on for many miles, but gradually you notice another change. The footprints inside the large footprints seem to grow larger.

Eventually they disappear altogether. There is only one set of footprints. They have become one.

This goes on for a long time, but suddenly the second set of footprints is back. This time it seems even worse! Zigzags all over the place. Stops. Starts. Gashes in the sand. A variable mess of prints.

      You are amazed and shocked.

Your dream ends. Now you pray:

'Lord, I understand the first scene, with zigzags and fits. I was a new Christian; I was just learning. But You walked on through the storm and helped me learn to walk with You.'

      'That is correct...'

'And when the smaller footprints were inside of Yours, I was actually learning to walk in Your steps, following You very closely.'

'Very good.... You have understood everything so far.'

'When the smaller footprints grew and filled in Yours, I suppose that I was becoming like You in every way.'

      'Precisely.'

'So, Lord, was there a regression or something? The footprints separated, and this time it was worse than at first.'

There is a pause as the Lord answers, with a smile in His voice..

'You didn't know? It was then that we danced!'

To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven: A time to weep, a time to laugh, a time to mourn, and a time to dance.

      Ecclesiastes 3:1,4.

Ginger in it's many forms is great for upset stomach/nausea. I would have a ginger biscuit or a small piece of candied ginger.

Hi Brenda please excuse me for jumping in on this post i have lost your original reply I'm glad, im not the only one who suffers from being off balance and dizzy thank you for the reassurance

Hi sue, I can't remember what I've said about thd off balance sensation but I'm glad that you feel reassured that it is only a sensation that is of little importance, just your body telling you it's a bit out of balance at the moment

I allowed the fear to overwhelm me which has just made all of my symptoms worse, my neck tension and pain has left me that I'm frightened to move my head too much this has caused me a lot of unnecessary problems

Just live hour by hour and don't think too far ahead, you may feel terrible in the morning but if you just try and ignore the sensations and do what you can you may find that the feeling you can conquer and cope with the sensations gives you the confidence to do a bit more and you end up with a more positive day

Think of all of the great days ahead I'll never take life for granted ever again that's for sure

      Big hug to you sue..xx
