    Needing prayer today ladies. Struggling really bad last two days with really dark sadness and stomach pains. I'm on day 10 thru 14 of my cycle which is always my worst physical symptoms and dark depression and sorrow. My rationale mind knows that this too shall pass but surviving it is so difficult these last few days. Thanks Ladies for your prayer and encouragement ??

      Praying for you Debbie. I often write bible verses on my palm. Psalm 34:4 was today. Sometimes that gives me some peace. Just to remind myself that He is faithful.

      I know those exactly....push through it and find anything that will keep you thinking positive. Someone wrote on here one time to move your mind when you get that way so I think of that and find something to do with myself. I also pray with every thought like that. Im praying for you always.       Thank you Queen for those encouraging words, they made me think of the Sunshine. So I went outside in my backyard walked around enjoyed the sun and talked to God😊💛??Feel a little better ??

      Thank you thank you for those encouraging words I love the idea about putting a Bible verse on my palm I know that will really help keep God's word close to my heart when I'm struggling I love this site and the encouragement that you ladies bring I feel so alone sometimes because none of my friends are going through what I'm going through And I know my poor husband is tired of seeing me cry and see me struggle on my bad days. Thank God for you ladies and thank God for this site praying for you all every day that we get through this soon.

      Thank you Becky for your prayers and your encouraging words I went outside and I took a walk in my backyard and I looked up at the sun and I just prayed to God and that really helped move my mind in a totally different direction God is so very faithful when we call upon him to always be there for us. Praying for you ladies always someday will be on the other side of this but until then all your prayers and all your encouragement through the site his help so much thank you 🙏????

      Your very welcome Debbie. Im glad that you found comfort and you are able to relax a bit. We will get through this one day and I am hoping that we all come back on this site and help other ladies.....we will be the veterans! Take care and thank you for your prayers.
