      One of my favorite verses when I cannot sleep. Just repeated this verse three times this morning when I couldn't sleep around 6a.m. and before I realize it, I was out sleeping until 9:30. GOD IS good👐👐👐 We just have to trust him. Praying earnestly for every other woman out there that's suffering from female problems and all other forms of disease. GOD IS OUR HEALER!!!. Just a little note....been exercising regularly for one hour each day, really been helping with my symptoms. God bless you all🙂........

      Thank you for that I'm trying to keep active I'm a community carer so don't sit down much but my energy levels and nausea are off the scale at the moment

      Just got over a massive gum infection on awful antibiotics and had a tooth removed

      Been really praying for some release from all this hormones mess

      Just to let all you ladies know I'm in year nine of peri and currently eight months without a period

      So will keep you all updated

      Michelle, make sure you take some good probiotics to replace the bacteria that the AB's destroy. God put them there for a reason!😁
