    Translation, He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.

    Not that anyone needs a translation but sometimes breaking it down helps smile I hope that you are doing well today and I am thankful for each one of you.

      Needed that today ! I'm at little clinic my throat was slightly site when I woke up but not now looked in mirror and seen white spot and a little red they took vitals so far my temp 99.4 and blood pressure 185/95 waiting to be called back now. Wonder if all those vaginsl test and exams and the stingy pains and such in vaginal area if they could given an infection pray for me please I'll give up date after they call me back to see PA or doc

      Bless you. Maybe it's a viral infection hun. Praying for you. Please keep us updated. Blood pressure can go up when you have a temperature so don't worry too much x

      Praying for you Carol......I know that you are nervous so that might be another your blood pressure is up. Every time I take my Mom to the doctor her blood pressure goes up....even when it was normal at home. She just would get really nervous going. All will go well.

      For I have not given you a spirit of fear but of power love and a sound mind says the Lord.

      I find constantly saying this in my head and out loud helps a little. I have these episodes also. Been in peri nine years. Only two periods the last eight months. Went doctors many many times with a racing heart. They found nothing. If you haven't had it checked speak to your doctor reassurance might be all you need that nothing is wrong. They will listen to your pulse and check blood pressure etc.

      In the mean time deep breathing and being still helps.

      This too shall pass x

      Hi

      My heart has been racing for days. I didn't go to the doctors for ages about it. However I went today and my heart rate on resting was 129 bpm. She was not happy so has put me on beta blockers to try. I have to take 2 per day. I took my first at 11am,by 12.30 I noticed my heart wasn't racing as much. It took the edge off things. It's a low dose. Interesting to see how they work xx
