Pre Menopause Symptoms or Something else???

Question:  53 year old.  Pre-menopausal still have regular cycles.  But since March I have been have a cycle every two weeks just about.  Should I be concerned?  Dtr. says going thru menopause and these are symptoms?

    Your doctor is probably right. You're just going through the menopause and your cycles be irregular for a couple of years.  Hot flushes, weight gain and mood swings are all part of it as well, so just accept it.

    I would go see a gyn doctor that sounds like it could be and it may not even be but have it checked utherine cancer my sister had that and had a complete hysterectomy she is doing good but I would see if that is what is going first ok hope this helps.

      Thanks I did go to the doctor and they did blood work and an ultra sound. Would hear something Monday.
