i had my pre op yesterday, my hemoglobin is 113 but they dont seem to think its a problem. bp was fine. at first they wanted the anethistists to see me i am presuming because of my weight but then they said he didnt need to as i am too healthy lol. my surgery is 27 dec at 10.50 am its all i can think about its driving me nuts!

    Hi Mary

    I would think the anethatist will see you on the morning of surgery so if you have any worries tell the nurse when she settles you in when you arrive and they can put your mind at ease.

    please dint worry about a thing.. I was like you , going insane wondering what to expect but i had no worr at all.

    enjoy your Christmas and look forward to your recovery and a new year and a new you.

    i swear you will be very surprised how it all goes so quickly.

      hi , the worry is so tiring isnt i know rationally ill be fine but i am driving myself potty thinking about it. i just feel so tired all the time my brain wont switch off
