Does anyone else experience these feelings of intense like anxiety, not w full blown panic attack but close to it? Usually able to calm myself down or take xanax but what is this? Is it just simply a mild panic attack? Happens daily, sometimes multiple times sad

I get a lot of anxiety symptoms that don't materialise into full blown panic attacks. Sometimes I can work myself out of it quick enough, sometimes not. I guess it all depends on the day, and sometimes our minds just remember the feelings of anxiety without actually being anxious.

I wish I could give you a more helpful positive tip but honestly I just will take .25-.5 of xanax but there have been times when that wasn't available so I had to really breathe, go outside if I was inside

Just took half a xanax myself. Just kind of on edge not really a panic attack just , oh well, you know. Yes I have them often. If I get in a hurry and have to rush it will start. Sometimes no rhyme or reason.
