Preadolescent still?

Posted , 2 users are following.

15 years old now, im short, skinny, weak, with a high voice. Its really putting me down, especially as I am sporty and I just cant compete with other kids my age in strength.

I have been to the doctors, my bone age is about 13-14, and I am getting a blood test to look at testosterone levels in september. But thats too far away, thats after the summer holidays and I will be in year 11.

I try to eat healthy for growing reasons, what are the best foods to eat? Also, what excersises can I do to build up some form of muscle and body strength even though I havnt really hit puberty yet?

Please help!

    Hi ___23679

It does sound like you have low testosterone, but don't worry as you will catch up with your peers. I was the same, but I don't know if you are the same as me, having health problems from an early age.

But as for myself I added a lot of carbs like potatoes, pasta and rice. Also dairy products mainly milk to help with bone density.

For my age now I still think that I am a 13 stone weakling, but as I look in the mirror I don't look that skinny.

    Above all be patient.
