Preasure Pain

For over a week now I've been having a strange pain. Near my bladder area, symmetrically I have this pain that feels like someone is pushing on it. Not hard but enough to both me. It's not like any pain I've ever had.

Sometimes its the right side, sometimes the left. Now though, it's both. Sometimes there's a sharp or subtle pain on either side of my belly button but it goes away fast.

The best fit for this seems like IC or something of the sort However I'm not peeing more than normal.

No one around me will listen so I can't get anyone to take me to a doctor. I want some insight from others to understand what has been bothering me.

    The best thing to do is see your doctor.  You really don't want a diagnosis of IC as it is a very painful and non-curable condition.  Doctors will look at many other reasons and if there's no infection or other cause and its lasted longer than 6 months you may get that diagnosis.
