What should I do if I accidently miss a 1/2 dose of Prednisone one day.
Should I take the 1/2 dose the next day with that days dosage or do I just skip that 1/2 dose all together?

Just take your normal dose the next day - if you remember soon enough you can take the half dose late though.
It's quite unusual to split the dose half and half - most people would try splitting it 2/3 and 1/3. Does half and half suit you better?

I always just use a missed dose as a way to test how sensitive I am to my current dosage level, and if the skipped dose has little impact on my condition then I consider that to be an indication that my dosage may be ready for another incremental reduction.
I test my dosage with occasional boost dosages as well, to see if my sore shoulder or arthritic thumb might be begging for a slightly higher dosage.
This way I don't feel like I need to ask anyone what my dosage reduction schedule should look like, especially as my dosage requirement has fluctuated seasonally, up and down, every year for the last four years.
