Prednisone & nightmares

Posted , 5 users are following.

Been on pred for about a year now & down to 7.5.  Seems recently I am having some rather unpleasant nightmares & a bit addled brained.  Anyone else have this issue after prolonged use?

Mary, at this point nothing surprises me.  There are days my head feels foggy and I'm not able to concentrate on reading any more.  Just kind of sit in front of the "idiot " box or try and take the dogs for a short walk.

    Keep strong!

Funny you should say you have unpleasant nightmares, I had some really weird ones some quite frightening.  I read on the pred info sheet this does sometimes occur.  Read a sloppy love story to go to bed on!!!!!

I have Midsomer Murders on Netflix which I watch before bed.  Perhaps not such a good idea, but I am becoming an excellent crime solver. :-)

They were filming Midsomer Murders in my village last week. They had changed a shop into a funeral parlour! Perhaps that is not good news for bad dreams.

I live in the US & that's one of the things I love about it.  The scenery & the cottages.  These are older episodes so probably filmed some time ago.

Mary did you say you live in the U.S.?  I do too.

This is the second time they have filmed, so you may have seen my village. If I remember the episode had torrential rain.

I used to have really fun, pleasant dreams before pred, I then had the most ghastly, frightening ones when I first starting taking pred. I now just have really boring ones!
