My pain started suddenly as in pmr however I discovered that when I took the lorazepam the siffness would get worse..not take it it the pain would improve.Has anyone had a reaction that mimics pmr that is caused by a drug reaction?

Hi Carol,  hope you have a better day today.  This PMR can certainly cause more than physical pain and if you are already someone that suffers from being anxious ar sad it's like a double whammy.

I have changed to taking my meds at night when I go to bed (about11:00) even later if I'm up.  For some reason it does seem to help me sleep better.  Again, we are all so different.

You've heard lots of members thoughts already and I can't really add anything but suggest you spoil yourself a little and do something special for yourself (because you are).

Since switching your Pred to 11 pm have you noticed any other changes?

i switched to 11 pm about two weeks ago because I read on this forum that someone had less fatigue with this schedule. I too am sleeping better but I don't think it has helped my fatigue and I'm pretty disappointed about that.

I've been at 4 1/2 mgs for almost 11 months now, and planning to try 4 mgs - again - starting this weekend (Eileens slow plan).

      Hi Mrs. CJ from Victorie😊,

I feel like we're neighbours considering the distance we are from all the other members.

I actually have been able to skip a few naps but it is very warm here and if I go out walking for any distance I'm down for the count when I get back.

i'm in process of decreasing from 10mg to 9mg after a flare trying the slow method from 4mg to 3 1/2.  I flared in the third week so go slowly, slowly.

      Wishing you success with 4mg👍.

      hugs, Diana🌸
