Prednisone stops dizziness and tense muscles. Anyone else find this true?

Have had off and on again dizziness issues for 2 years now. Recently had to get over a bronchial infection so took Prednisone as prescribed from doc. Feel stressed out on Prednisone but no dizzy spells!

Question: Would a low dose of steroid work to combat inner ear dizziness ?

I have been getting dizzy whenever I tilt my head back or forward, since I hurt my back a few weeks ago. My chiropractor seems to think they aren’t connected, but dizziness started the day I threw out my back. I was prescribed prednisone and flexeral for my back. I was dizzy throughout taking all of the prednisone. I am no doctor, so maybe a steroid can help with inner ear issues, but I didn’t find that true.

It helps with the inflamation yes. My doc told me once some ppl get issues with it after flying. Low dose steroid helps it. But you can't take it alot. Not good for you. Need to find out what's causing the inner ear issues.
