Prednisone withdrawl

I have been taking Prednisone 20mg for atleast 2 years due to psoriasis. So at the end of last year i went to dermatologist and told him that for what i was using and he prescribed me to take 10 mg for 1 month, along with other medicines and after finishing my dosage suddenly some kind of rashes, which is quite sticky started coming all over my face. So is it due to the withdrawal or something else because i could not find the other Prednisone withdrawl pateints facing or discussing about this kind of side effect out here... Please help me out guys 🙏🙏🙏
