Hi all, started off on 75mg of preg for GAD x2 a day, had to get it upped to 300 a day, been on that for a couple of months, last few days anxiety has been starting to set back in really bad, am ok till about 11 am then I seem to go downhill pretty bad, will a dose increase make it right again or am I going to get used to that dose really quickly again??? What do I do, can not stand feeling anxious about everything again!

I take it for GAD and had nearly given up hope prior to being prescribed this. It really has helped me. The drowsiness it caused initially disappeared very quickly and I now have confidence in them with no apparent side effects. I only take 100mg per day which is much lower than my psychiatrist thought I may need. It is certainly not a placebo effect either as anyone with GAD will know that the anxiety is far too powerful and innate for placebos to have even a tiny if any noticeable effect at all.
