Pregabilin/Lyrica withdrawal help/ advice

Anyone have any experiences in coming of Lyrica successfully and feeling normal after withdrawal? There are so many horror stories online I'm trying to be positive and think mind over matter! My experience so far on Lyrica has been bearable but does worry me slightly. I have been on Lyrica 2 yrs now for bladder pain I didn't realise I was on such a high dose of 600mg a day I didn't do any research when I was given these by neurology I just took them. At first I felt drunk on these, blurred vision now and again, vertigo and dizzy spells but kept on and they did help manage the pain well but I noticed my short term memory not as good and I my mind feels foggy. Around 6 weeks ago they stopped working and the pain came back and I felt very dizzy, room was spinning for seconds at a time, nausea, abnormal eye movements. I work in an office and was struggling at work so decided will see dr and come off them gradually. I ran out if tablets last spring and was off them 9 days which was horrendous I was getting panic attacks, felt v low so I know not to come off them abruptly. I have been on 300mg a day for 5 weeks now. Vision much better still feel dizzy but feeling very tired, feel weak, irritable, angry, mood swings, crying spells, pins and needles and tingling, numb sensations in toes and fingers, headaches, sore hips and lower back, ringing in ears list goes on! It's a nuisance but currently bearable I'm just concerned it will get worse as I reduce my dose more. At drs next week to reduce again month by month. plan is to go down to 25mg very slowly. Whilst on pregabilin I was diagnosed with ibs this has been awful and have not been able to eat much since getting this 1 year ago but put weight on cos of pregabilin! Now I have reduced dose I have lost over half a stone on 5 weeks and tummy not as bloated and feels better. I really wish I had looked more in to Lyrica I can't believe they put me on 600mg a day for a bladder issue that was a discomfort but not severe issue! I wonder if my ibs and acid reflux symptoms were caused my Lyrica too. Has anyone been off Lyrica for a while now and if so do you feel ok/ better? Many thanks x

See my post on 666.  It is simple to stop this drug .  Take a six week course of naltreoxone 50 mg a day . After two weeks begin withdrawal from Lyrica . You should have no problem.  There is no promise but this has worked well for my patients.

Thank you nowell for your refreshing and positive reply. I am now down to 200mg a day feel fine last week been normal just the odd slight headache which could possibly be work related as job been manic last week! And only other thing I would say is my teeth feel quite strange a bit achey and throb sometimes which I assume is maybe something yo do with my nerves I am not sure. I am all set from my dr to take 200mg for 2 weeks then down to 50mg and from there I will see his I feel and whether I will stop after 2 weeks on 50 or go down to a 25mg for 2 weeks.
