It states to much vitimin a can harm a baby when your pregnant. Is this only from supplements or to much fruit and veg what contains vitamin a as well ??

    An adequate, safe intake is important. Though, your risk of deficiency is more complex during the third trimester when requirements intensifies due to your baby’s quicker development and amplified blood volume. Your body naturally prioritises your baby’s needs, which is why you need more. Best to check your doctor about it. would like to recommend mine if you like.
