Pregnancy and Contraceptive

I had a surgical abortion 5 weeks ago and the following day i had a conceptive implant. I started feeling nauseous again and had to go for a scan and it was discovered that there were still remnants. What do i do? Do i have to remove d conceptive implant and go for a complete abortion or i can leave the implant to through the abortion process.

More so is it preferably to do medical abortion?

I think in this situation the doctor should advise.

Abortion is very stressful for the body, so I cannot advise medical abortion. I did not have an abortion, but I currently use the Nexplanon implant and can advise it because it is in the hand and has a minimum of side effects.
