Pregnancy and what can I do

I was diagnosed with PCOS in June this year with in excess of 20 cysts on one over and 15 or more on the other. At my last ultra sound the 35 plus cyst have disappeared (I am wondering how that has happened). I am AB- and have a history of ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage. I am 36 and never had any children. I have been to numerous doctors and hospitals and not getting any answers on if I will ever be able to have children, it is extremely depressing and upsetting to go through this. I've not had a period since the 6th of August and I am scared I may be going into menopause, I have a specialist appointment in late November, I was wondering if anyone has any information that might help me in the meantime

You should speak to an endocrinologist. I was told if I ever wanted to become pregnant, the only way I would be likely to have a successful pregnancy was to go on metformin. That was about 12 years ago, I don't know if there have been any advances since then or any other options available, but an endocrinologist would be able to let you know.
