i was on steroids for 2-3 months applied vaginally enough to be able to have sex 2xs and got very lucky. You can have a C section if the condition is bad. i am working with a colposcopy specialist and a maternal fetal specialist which is the high risk delivery doctors. there is no harm to the baby but its best to be off the steroids for all the unknowns.especially in the beginning. Some people have reduced symptoms when pregnant, some no change and some get worse. Mine stayed about the same.. I plan to deliver naturally although I have a greater risk of tearing. MF specialist said they would pack my vagina if I tear.A close ob doctor friend had an autoimmune disease and was cured after second baby labor and delivery. crossing my fingers .
