Pregnancy issue

Me and my wife have been trying for a kid since an year. After starting to have unprotected sex, every month, close to her periods time, she is having tiredness, light headedness, nausea, and pain in stomach and legs. Before planning for a kid, she didn't had such issues. What might be the problem, and what are we supposed to do for conceiving? Please suggest!

Hi Guerrilla, Your wife should see a DR.. just to get an overall checkup, she could have just something viral, those specific symptoms should be checked though, sometimes a woman can have these symptoms as part of pregnancy or since you are trying to get pregnant, you need to know, sometimes an ectopic pregnancy can happen(egg attaches & grows inside the tube) her symptoms sound mild, so this is just for your information.. so if her symptoms(esp. belly pain gets worse, fever & etc...) she needs to see her DR asap.....Once this is straightened out & she feels better...THE SHORT VERSION...during her period she is shedding old eggs, tissue, blood, lining of uterus....it is now clean & the next egg will be ready for fertilization, best time(for sex to make that baby)is during ovulation...so approx about a week, in the middle, between periods...her Dr can tell her when the best time is but, as a guide, if its 28 days between periods, count 14 days(half) a few days before, that day & a few days to a week AFTER are better days to try(not an exact science but, there are test kits, online info, your DR, to help you figure out the best times for success!! Also, try not to make sex demanding & unromantic...if there is stress/anxiety around making a baby, it can actually make it harder to make it happen...neither of you should feel guilty about not being pregnant yet....try the timing I described and if after another 6-9 mos you still arent, ask your Dr for some advise...Good Luck, hope your wife feels better& BEST WISHES💒🎶♾🌈🐾😊🍀☮

Most pregnant women become constipated due to the hormonal changes that make your digestion much slower, as your baby starts to grow; there will be less space for your digestive system to function at its best.

    Solution-

Add more fruits, whole grains, vegetables and any other foods that are rich in fiber to your diet. Drink lots of water and if you still feel a lot of discomfort despite this, talk to your doctor. Do not take any medication on your own as some of them may cause contractions.
