Pregnancy POST UFE and wanting to cut out fibroid during C SECTION!

So my situation is that I am 35, been diagnosed with 11cm dominant fibroid, and another 2 small ones - got a UFE because a myomectamy was deemed too dangerous given the size and location of the dominant fibroid (it was posterior, pressing on colon.) And now I am thinking, I know I KNOW how risky it is to even get pregnant - but what can me and my husband do, not even try? SO I am super confused because all doctors basically think fibroids are a mystery. Typically women are told that fibroids should not be cut out during C-Section, but the reason for this is the risk of bleeding out too much. What if the patient had a UFE instead of myomectamy? Yes, I am aware the pregnancy will be high risk, because there is less blood flow to the uterus, but that should also mean that if I am able to carry it to the 3rd trimester, shouldn't the doctor be able to schedule a C Section and when cutting out the baby, also cut out the dead fibroid? It seems that since s/he would be cutting anyway, why not cut out the fibroid as well?

I have thought about this a lot and just want to find a doctor who is open minded enough to understand what UFE is and I am aware that most women who want to have future pregnancies choose a myomectamy, but in my case this was not recommended because of size and location of the dominant fibroid. I also am desperate to find a woman who has had a pregnancy after UFE - anyone out there?? Also, if a doctor recommendation for NY who is open minded and knows about this kind of complications and surgery. HELP!

i have heard of successful pregnancy after UFE especially on you tube the most important thing is keep being positive and declare the result you want regardless of what ppl are saying God answers prayers ..because with the mymecyomy they grow back thats why i cancelled mine and opted for UFE instead and i believe it will work out better all the best in your journey ...
