pregnancy with prolapse HELP

Basically im 23 years old with what i believe is two prolapses, vaginal and bowel. Im pretty much symptomless, i only notice it on my period when i have a tampon in; ive read that with prolapses you may have issues keeping them in, thats not an issue, i can just feel it more. otherwise, i hardly notice it unless im wearing really tight pants and sit weird, or obviously look down there. my fiance is unbothered and didnt even know it wasnt normal until after i told him. i havent seen a doctor even though ive known for about six months; ive had several exams and it was never mentioned to me.

MY question is, if i wanted to get pregnant again, HOW likely is this to worsen the prolapse and how much if thats the case?

i want another baby within the next two years so bad but i'm honestly afraid if i ever have another, its gonna completely fall out or something and im saddened that i feel my child bearing years are over and im only 23 with one baby. 😦
