ive been feeling very off lately, as in tired, hungry, headaches, naseaus, peeing a lot and insomnia at night only. i can sleep during the day just fine! i took a test today and would like to know if this is maybe a positive??? or im overthinking. i do have an appointment at the end of the month but thats so far away lol
