Pregnant and have large painful mass on vulva?

32, and 19 weeks pregnant with my fourth child.

A few days ago I felt abrupt pain and pressure in my pelvic and vaginal area. Upon manual inspection and taking photographs, I discovered a large rotund mass by the opening of the urethra that extends down to the vaginal canal. The canal is also surrounded by multiple smaller and strange (almost pointy) lumps.

I can best describe the feeling as a hemorrhoid in my hoo-ha. I've seen two doctors and both were perplexed so I'm waiting on a referral to a specialist. In the mean time it's hard to sit, walk, and generally just exist. I feel a need to urinate frequently but sometimes nothing comes out (the area is tender to touch and to urine). The pain fluctuates between sharp and dull throbbing.

I wish I had a semblance of what this could be?
