pregnant&very sore vulva with a sore

Hi, i'm pregnant and for the last week my vulva has been extremely sore and uncomfortable mainly in the clitoral area but also the pain spreads through the labia. i've been taking photos throughout the week to see what it could possibly be and there seems to be a sore on my clitoral hood and i dont know what this could be. any advice on what it is and how to help the pain would be greatly appreciated.
