Are you taking any medications?  Some can interfere with erections and ejaculations, so perhaps there are some in reverse.  Think about all of your habits, diet, etc., and see if you pick up on something.

My theory:  Mastrubation is easy, no chase, no foreplay, just stroke and it does what it is supposed to do.  I don't think you are doing it too much at all, but after a while we, in a sense, train our bodies to do what it's used to doing.

Check out "edging" online and see if you can do it that way.  Change things up... different hand, different location, different position, something.

Also, I guess you could try doing it daily and see if you are "less charged."  I know some guys who will jack before a date so they are "running on empty" not "locked and loaded" when things get serious later.

It is not uncommon, sometimes it's temporary, don't let it stress you into a different problem.  There are worse things!

There is something about your post that has "judgement" (of self) expressed throughout it.  The fact that you are 29 and a virgin.  The fact that you are not a hardcore masturbator.  And, now, that you come withing 5 - 30 seconds proves that there is something definately wrong with you.

Quite frankly, from my perspective, there is a hell of a lot RIGHT about you, but you are haunted by what I can only imagine is a 'cultural dark cloud' that can only really be created by your mind strutures of what is right and wrong.  I'm curious, where do you live.  Me?  Liberal Massachusetts USA.

So who are you comparing yourself to?  Where are the beliefs coming from that makes you so critical of yourself?  

Since I don't know you I'm taking to liberty to say that you sound like a truama victim to some degree.  Either emotional, physical or sexual trauma maybe when you were young.

Since age 16 you have been doing something that every kid your ad is doing but, maybe 10 times more.  And, you think there is something not so cool about it.  And the fact that it seems to be working REAL well you are, now, pathologizing it.

Are you a very religious Christian or something?

If you are this critical of yourself in other areas of your life you don't stand a chance to be happy because you won't allow it.
