Preparing for Third surgery

So, I saw a surgeon last week and he looked up the MRI and he says there is a retear on my supertanius tendon and since I am still young (30 yo) he thinks it needs to be reattached. And he is confident that I will have full functions and be free of pain. I am just wondering is there anyone unlucky like me who has been through this hell of time , especially , relatively in a young age? Has anyone had their tendon retorn and reattached ? What would be the outcome ? I am quite nervous now as it might not be as strong.
P.s. I had my first surgery (repaired ) last year and 5 months ago I had to do another surgery ‘Acromioplasty+capsulitis release + remove the anchor) the second surgeon thought the anchor was causing a problem and recommended to take out. But the tendon has left the place while in post operative rehab (not sure how though ) it was not so progressive and pain was still there, so the surgeon ordered MRI.
So, frustrating!!!

I am already scheduled my third surgery on 10th July. PT leaves it up to surgeon. Surgeon thinks that I need to have for the full functions and pain free. Can’t go for second opinion as well, as it is NHS and don’t have time and money. I have already wasted my one and half year to fix it but nothing seems to be going right. And I am 31 yo. Hoping for the best for this time.
