Prescription for Sertraline, Quetiapine and Diazepam

I have been taking Sertraline (200mg) for quite a long time, for major depression and OCD. Recently, within the last 3-4 weeks, my psychiatrist has prescribed Quetiapine XR (50mg) to be taken at night, for the off-label treatment of anxiety and insomnia. Today, I have been giving a supply of Diazepam (5mg) by my GP for severe anxiety and panic attacks.
I took one Diazepam (5mg) at around 1pm today, and I am unsure as to whether or not I should take the Quetiapine, as I am aware that the combination of both medications could cause CNS and respiratory depression.
Has anyone had any experience with this combination?
Ironically, the medication I have been prescribed has started to cause me even more anxiety before I have even started treatment.

Hello Explosion I'm on 50mg of quetiapine at night just before sleep!I find it 100 times more effective taking it with food even though you can take it without as well!

I was put on 50mg of quitiapine just over a year ago at night and then 50mg setraline some months after with an increase to 100mg a couple of months ago.. I have self medicated a couple times with diazepam which has worked well except I get more brain fog with diazepam.. the last week or so I haven't been sleeping as well so I guess I should go back again
