Pressure build up in head and brain fog when sitting, very lightheaded once I stand.

****When I sit for a while I feel like a pressure starts building in my head, sometimes the top of my head tingles, and I get brain fog. Once I stand up I feel like the pressure drains out and I get a pulsing feeling in my head and I get lightheaded. Sometimes it happens as soon as I stand but sometimes it happens after I've been standing for a few moments. I also feel it when I look up, like when I'm at a grocery store looking at the top shelf.

I've seen a cardiologist and a neurologist, neither found a cause. I feel like it might get worse when my neck and shoulders are more tight. I grabbed a box from the top shelf this morning and hurt my neck and my symptoms have been very strong today. I'm not sure where to go from here or who I should see.

Thank you in advance for your time!
