Pressure Headache for 3 days

Hi guys, i've had a pressure type headache around the front sides of my head and across my forehead for about 3 days now, keep taking paracetamol and it goes but then comes back! spoke to my local emergency advice centre and they said they don't see anything wrong with me just to keep taking meds, but i'm scared it's something much worse like a brain tumour and searching google doesn't help! I have not had these types of headaches /migraines before that have lasted 3 days, i'm scared and want it to go

any advice?
