Pressure in ears

Hello i am having pressure in both ears which is causing a tremor,i had an mri scan of my brain a couple of months ago as i was having constant head tremors and dizziness and a few other things,everything came back normal apart from some inflammtion in the right ear,i had a bit of ear wax in that ear and my doctor told me to use olive oil.does anyone know what this could be?its like fullness in ears and seems to tremor every beat
