pressure in head

Have constantly had this pressure in my head all day, have took ibuprofen which has done nothing for it. Took myself back to bed and still woke up with it. It's all in the right side of my face and around my ear. It's making me feel slightly faint every now and then and all I want to do is close my eyes. I suffer with migraines including pressure migraine but I'm not sure if this is one of them? Any advice would be great.

    I have the same problem, even my right eye feels off.... hard to explain but the doctor read my results from a ct that was done last year saying it was clear so it's not a tumour or anything. But it still sets off my anxiety. Like the right side of my head is constant pressure and my right eye...sometimes it pulsates..... I just wish it would stop. It's bringing me down.
