hi everyone for the last three weeks ive had a pressure feeling in my head / head feels heavy/ full there is no pain in the head but its just this wierd feeling like i cant keep my head up i need to lay down , painkillers also is not getting rid of it the head pressure comes and goes ? what could this be ?
