Pressure in head for months!

Hi.
I am extremelly worried about my symptoms. I have had preasure in head constantly for about 4 months. They come and go throughout the day. I have been to the doctor on several occasions concerned about this but he did not think it was anything serious. After trying a few perscriptions I was given some new tablets which I am suppose to take once every day.
Recently, I have started to develop nausea. I am petrified that it could be a brain tumour. I can not think of what else it could be. Can anyone help me. Can anyone suggest what it might be?
I eagerly await your reply.

A couple years ago I had a similar experience
I never get headaches so this was really strange. I was traveling and seeked help where I was and really saw no results.
When I returned home and saw my regular doctor he was not sure about the headaches but I also had the flu. Headaches never went away after flu had run its course. I saw a Neuro. Doctor because I was worried about a brain tumor. I had both CT Scan and MRI and they came back negative. Doctor started me on Topipama 25mg and that did it. Headaches were for about 2-3 weeks - very bad. I do not know if I could have made it as long as you have ..... Good luck

Just created this account now, as I felt I should share my story with you.
3 weeks ago, I have a very bad headache. Went to see 3 doctors. All suspected I have migrane or tension headache.
Even 1 night, it was so bad that I went to hospital's emergency dept in the middle of night- 1230am. but they only diagnosed it to be normal tension headache. I was advised to go back home with 2 days medical leave, and asked me to go back to them if it doesn't heal after 3 days.
1 week after on Monday, i was still vomiting and headache doesn't go off. Suddenly, I have vomited on bed and have some signs of fits.
My mum managed to handled me properly and my husband called ambulance and sent me back to the same hospital.
In the emergency unit, They gave me medicine to eat and when I have signs of conscious. And they said I can go home. Oh my god! I don't believed it!
But lucky, my hubby insisted I must do a CT brain scan to confirm before leaving. And the result came out to be my 2 blood vessels have burst. And the blood clots in my brain that are causing the headache.
The neuro told my family that I'll need a surgery immediately to remove the clots. I was scheduled to have a surgery the next day. And as this is a major operation. My family have to make the decision to sign the ops agreement. They sit down and discussed if I should be transferred to another hospital with more specialists on this case. Or let them do it. In the end, my hubby decided i should have go for here since the head of department will be in charge of my operation too.
After 2 weeks plus, 1 week in intensive care unit as I have fever and infection after my ops.
And when I was transferred to the normal ward. I need to be monitored for awhile before I can go home.
Lucky, I bought insurance so it's all supposed to be fully claimable else the hospital charges inclusive of surgery and ICU are around SGD$18k++. (The final bill is not out yet)
I was just discharged from hospital stay just few days ago. Feeling much better now, with a long scar on my head. Have to wait for my hair to grow back...
The moral of the story, please see a doctor and have everything carefully diagnosed. As we won't know what the exact problem until we did some specific test.
Hope everything is okay for you now.
So do stay healthy everyone! Cheers! 😍
Regards,
TiffY
