I'm a 26 male working for a packaging company in their ecommerce sales team. In 2014, when I was 18 and walking back from the college, Suddenly I started seeing unknown floating objects with a blurred white light flickering with them same as when we press your eyes hard but I didn’t do anything to my eyes. After 15 minutes, when I was home, these objects and flickering go away without doing anything. First I thought it was dizziness due to weakness and malnutrition because I wasn’t eating properly those days. This happened 4,5 time in the span of 2 months during that time. Also, whenever the flickering and objects go away there was a severe headache in temple which only goes away when I fell asleep.
I joined gym, started taking care of my diet and was eating lots of nuts and confiture (fruits stewed in thick syrup) which is considered good for physical and mental health in Indian tradition. Luckily, it didn’t happen again until last week after 8 years. I got tested my eyes from 3 different doctors because I was panic, all the eye doctors said the same thing that there’s no problem with your eyes sight. Just do eye exercise, take snacks every two hours and avoid sitting too long on chair in the office.
One thing which has worsen the situation is that, I’m feeling continuous pressure in my head since the recent venture and it feels like my head is under lots of stress and is boiling same as when a CPU is running at a 100% capacity. Perhaps, it’s a anxiety, panic or depression but its been 4 days now and I took many medicines consulted doctors and they said it’s a depression and stress, nothing else. The brain is not calming and it annoying even now my back muscles started feeling pain in them. Also, I can’t see harsh light for too long or makes my brain and eyes under pressure. My mother and aunt is hospitalized and my uncles dies a month ago. I know this could be a trauma but I can’t find triggered points and this stress thing first happened to me six month ago and at that time there was no trauma but career stress and I changed my routine, again started gym and everything was normal. Sometime, when i focus things or see computer i feel pain in head and stress behind eyes as well only when these things are happening.
I’m in great pain that why this happening to me and why the head pressure and stress isn’t going away even after taking medicine and what are the triggered points and to whom I should consult. PLEASE HELP AND ASK IF YOU NEED ANY FURTHER DETAILS.
