pressure in hesd

Hi. I live with anxiety and don't take medication. I've had a really bad turn tonight where the pressure I have in my neck for months feels like it's gone to my temples. Bowels very loose, pulse fast and feel bloated. Stomach has been playing up for months too. Never experienced the hot flush which came on with it so thought I'd ask if anyone else has had these symptoms?

    Hi

That somes up my symptoms too. I may not feel over anxious but i suffer with neck pain, pressure headaches over active stomach on a regular basis. My meds do give me a few days of relief from time to time. The flushes are terrible and the occasional bout of chest pain , which half of the time is trapped wind caused by the anxiety. Its a tough one lady.

it may be that you might find relief by trying some meds. Ask ut gp. Its learning to handle the rough with the smooth.

Best of luck and i hope u get some relief soon.

Guys I just want to say thank you for your responses.  It's been an awful evening.  I've been diagnosed with Health Anxiety and unfortunately I am terrified of going to a GP or taking medication so I'm in a sticky situation although I am having CBT to see if it can help.  I just panicked a bit tonight as I felt like my head was going to explode. The sensation was awful.  Sorry to hear you guys also suffer but thank you for responding to me.  It helps to know I'm not alone.  x

Ur welcome lady. Its easier to share. A bit of reassurance can be a big help. Theres nothing worse when u r suffering and believe me i know how easy it can escalate.

Small steps n deep breaths ;-)
