Hi, can you tell me what is causing my problem and how to cure about it?

I had weight training where I was doing back squats. After set I started feel pressure in my knee. I used anti inflammation cream but its only little better. When I'm sitting I don't feel knee, but when started walk I feel it. On knee I don't see any swelling, I feel only pressure and little pain in the bottom of knee under patella when I walking for longerer time.

I still don't visit a doctor because I have phobia of doctor, and and first I need know what are options to cure that knee. Thanks for answer.

You have probably over done that particular exercise. Painkillers, ice wrap and rest. Doctor will only check for swelling, redness and change in skin coloration and infection. Try that. I had to do this when I had over done an exercise and took it steady for a day.

If it's a strain or sprain, you will need to stop the activity and take oral anti-inflammatories for 2 weeks...the best topical is Voltaren Gel (RX in the US).  If it does not resolve in 14 days, you need to see an orthopedic surgeon (NOT YOUR GP) who will do x-rays and/or an MRI to diagnose the problem.  That's your path...there is no other.
