Well let's start with diagnoses tmj neck/ back discs sinus issues allergies acid reflux. Dental problems CT scan mri neurological care blood test x-rays EKG all type of tests performed. To make the story short over 2 years of suffering I came into a conclusion that sinus triggered by allergies could cause of these symptoms so I started to take allergy drops and it said I should notice improvement over a period of 3 months I'll keep u posted

    Sinus tmj muscle spasms in chest and neck. Follow up with ent specialist and a good chiropractor and he will fix this issue for good
