Pressure on Nose Bridge, between eye brows. Pulsating feeling behind eyes

1.Pressure on Nose Bridge, between eye brows and occasionally on forehead. During the day time the pressure is manageable as I focus on work and day to day activities. Point to noted when I am active for example, if I am talking or eating doing something to do with facial thing. I hardly notice any pressure, I feel very normal. But when in rest or relaxing position, the pressure is very much noticeable and I feel it 100%. Right now it is Mild to Moderate

2.When I am in sleeping position and close my eyes for sleep, I feel sharp pulsating behind my closed eye lids. As if some nerve is hyperactive and I can feel it very much. ( I went to eye specialists, he did all the tests and confirmed I just have floaters , no retinal tear or detachment) . From last 1 week I am using Amitriptyline 10 mg medicine prescribed by neurologist. This pill sets my mood and I hardly feel any pressure or nerve sensation, but I can still notice the eyelid pulsating thing.

Hi, I too have similar sharp, cells tearing, piercing, throbbing, pressing tension pain originating at the junction of nose and right eye brow meets. It spreads to forehead. Its constant all day long excruciating pain intensifies from mid morning as day progress till I go to sleep. Its constant from past two years. Its stops when pressed with finger at the spot and comes back immediately after stop pressing. Yes while eating its not there. It intensifies while resting or relaxing. MRI Sinus check, everything came back normal. No medication helped.
