Prickling and slight numbness in left leg

So i have weird feeling on my left leg. Slightly numb feeling and tingly. I sometimes feel like a pulling sensation down the back of my leg. I had this about 3 years ago and convinced myself I had ms. Had brain mri scan. I do have pain in my hips when walking sometimes. I saw a neurologist last time which was non-productive really. My feet go prickly underneath and sometimes feel cold. Again, I'm worried about ms. But then again, I do worry I have lots of illnesses and disease when I have strange symptoms. I do have an appointment with my GP next week, but feel like I'm just making a fuss.
