prickly skin on arms/tricips area

The skin on my tricep area is sore and prickly. I thought at first it was from the seatbelt rubbing my underarm. I'm short and if I wear it "normally" it rubs on my neck, so I put it under my arm. But it's sore there all the time now. Of course I have dozens and dozens of other perimenopause symptoms and I'm exhausted from it all. It's been 6 years now. Many symptoms plateaued for a couple years but now they're back with a vengeance. 😦

    Unfortunately prickly skin seems to be another of the 100's of fun symptoms of peri!! very frustrating!!
