Primary Addisons Disease

I have had Addisons disease for 7 years, lately though I found BP was high so had to drop Fludrocortisone, my blood pressure before meds is 112/68 resting then on standing it goes up to 122/74... once my meds are taken even 8 hours after my BP is higher but not alarmingly however on standing systolic increases by 24, my heart rate increases by 8 which I think is normal Is this too much of a raise in systolic BP

I think with great respect that you are treating BP measurements as exact science. They are not. Just think of the number of times BP's have to be redone by doctors and nurses. They can vary wildly in a single day. The old rule was not to worry if the systilic figure was more than 100 plus your age in years.
Cheers

Having your blood pressure rise a bit when you stand up is a good thing and normal - it stops you feeling dizzy and faint. One of the reasons my doctors are worried is because my blood pressure is lower when I stand than sit, which is opposite of what should happen (and makes me mega dizzy n faint). Sounds like you don't need the extra meds anymore and perfectly normal without :-)
