prmary obstruction of bladder neck, tight bladder neck

Hi i am a 23 year old male i have been diagnosed by videourodinamics with tighten bladder neck these symptoms come and go, and it bothers me the most after i ejaculate(after that i can only pee little drops and i feel an uncomfortable sensation in my bladder hours later, did you experience those symptoms?, and after i defecate sometimes im left with the urge to pee. Anyone with these same issues?

i am very anxious about surgery and if i will get better, thanks!

    I'm about to get the videourodynamics test done in a few days in order to get checked for the same disease (PBNO).

    I also have the same symptoms after ejaculating. It usually takes 3 or more hours for me to start feeling better again.

    How was the videourodynamics test for you? Was it easy for you to urinate in front of the doctor or nurse? I'm afraid that I'll not be able to do it. I don't want want to waste money (it's quite expensive this exam here in Brazil).
