Probable diagnosis

I've got a diagnosis for probable IBS and non ulcerative dyspepsia. my workplace seem to need more of a definite diagnosis to be able to assist me but I'm unsure if i can as both cant be definitively tested for.

I think this is as definite as you are going to get. No test will diagnose IBS; it will only rule out other causes. Ask your doctor to give you a letter that you can take to your boss that confirms his diagnosis of IBS. Tell your boss, there+is no definitive test.

hmm, your workplace need to wake up and realise it's more recognised these days. ibs can't be definitively tested for, but cameras will rule other things out.
